StresStimulus is working really well for us, the only "missing" feature I have seen is the ability to change domains.
We have one website that has 4 different datasets on 4 different subdomains and using the HOSTS tool in Fiddler doesn't work every time so I've needed to record the same test 4 times. I'm not sure if this is in your backlog but it is a feature that would vastly reduce my setup time for building a full test suite.
