Changing environments

I see that if I want to run test in diff environemtn and do Remap Hosts, all the sciprts will automatically get the host settings. But here is the issue, what is a few scripts are recorded in environement A and few in B and I wan to run test in environment C. What should / how should I handle this situation?

You can remap multiple hosts in the host remap list that is described here. So in your case, you can remap host A > C and B > C at the same time.
