Cannot start recording proxy on the specified port

There a few workarounds I can suggest: Reboot the machine and open StresStimulus again. Check if you can record a test case in StresStimulus on this port. Change the 49386 port to some other value (for example 9999) that is not used on your system, then click OK. Check if you can record a test case in StresStimulus on this port. In some situations, you may need Administrator privileges to start a proxy listener. In such cases, run StresStimulus as an Administrator and try recording a test case.
