Cannot Start After Install With Exception "Could Not Find File StresStimulus.Resources"

Hi,
After install full version, start fiddle, I got a JIT exception, detailed:

I use Windows 8.1, Fiddle v4.4.5.6.
If ignored the exception, I can open Fiddle, but Tab 'StresStimulus' show "Loading..." forever. How can I fix this issue?
