Let's say one request in the bunch of requests making a transaction (page) throws 404 error and I have chosen the option of "Continue on error" in the test. Then will that failed transaction (failed because one request throws 404) will be counted in counting the average response time at end of the test?

That request fails all the time, and failed transaction is not counted, then we don't get any response time for that transaction!!??

Yes, this transaction will count toward transaction metrics.

If you set the property Action on error or timeout to "Continue on error" then this transaction will count in the transaction metrics. If you set the property “Abort Iteration” then when an error is encountered it will stop executing the iteration immediately, so the current transaction will not count toward transaction metrics. In the second case if you are getting an error in every iteration and would still like to count this transaction toward the transaction metrics, set property Ignore warnings/errors to Yes in the error request as described here.

- Cheers
