I read below note on StresStimulus tutorial. My application is silverlight based and it creates 30 to 50 extractors after recording a script as shown in the snapshot attached. Can it increase the response times of the transactions?
Note: In rare cases autocorrelation can create many extractors and parameters that may slow down StresStimulus UI. In those cases, after autocorrelation finishes, a dialog will appear asking to enable Lean UI mode.

Extractors do not increase response times. The note you mentioned refers to instances with an unusually large number of objects (over 2000+ ) that can slow down the StresStimulus UI in design time. However, it does not impact the performance of the test execution.
30-50 extractors are well below that range and have no impact on the tool performance, whether in design time or the run-time.
