Before running the test you have a choice to set a response time goal for any of the pages in the Page Settings grid. Typically it should be a borderline response time after which the page is considered to be slow.
During the test iterations StresStimulus tracks every page’s response times and counts how many times the respective goal was exceeded. Goals Missed in the Summary report is the total number of the misses across all page iterations.

 
To break down this number between pages, multiply “Iterations” by “% Missed Goal” in Page Details report.
