Accessing StresStimulus on Multiple User Profiles

I have StresStimulus installed on a server and I can access it just fine. However, when another user tries to log in, she cannot launch the application. She does not have the desktop shortcut nor does it show up in All Programs. (It does show up in Add/Remove programs.) She tried navigating directly to the .exe at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stimulus Technology\StresStimulus\StresStimulus.Application.exe" and running as administrator, but nothing happens. No errors are displayed or logged in the event viewer. Is this configuration supported?
