I have created a load test with multiple test cases. I am trying to add windows servers to monitor the health of App, Web & DB servers. I can see the default counters but when I try to add any other counter not on the list, it throws an error - Access to the registry key 230 is denied.

Typically issues with adding additional performance counters are related to your Windows domain/security infrastructure.

The default counters which appeared in StresStimulus are not fully checked until you start monitoring them during the test execution.

Troubleshooting such issues should be done outside StresStimulus. First make sure that you can monitor your remote server with a Windows tool called Perfmon. Troubleshooting instructions are provided here http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc46/Troubleshooting+Monitors
