502 error on load agent but controller is OK

I configured a load agent box, and connected it to the controller and successfully tested the connection.
Then I ran a sample scenario with two users on each injector to make sure everything is fine, but the test to run with 502 error.
I ran on the same test without injectors using the local agent the test ran successfully.
I am wondering what would be the reason. The agent box had the stress stimulus open during the test.
What level of permissions are required for the user that is used to connect to the agents. Does he need to be a local admin on the box.

A 502 error usually means there is an internet connection issue between the agent and the website server.
Make sure that the agent machine can connect to the website you are trying to load test. To do so:
On the agent machine, open a web browser Type in the URL that you are trying to load test If the web page fails to load then make sure the computer has access to the website server If the web page loads fine then I suggest: Opening StresStimulus application on the agent machine Disable agent mode (http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc52/Configuring+Agent) Open the test that you wish to run Run verify Inspect the 502 error
