StresStimulus v49 gives an error for NOUI command

Hello,
I have installed StresStimulus version 49 on a remote machine. I have run the below command from command line:
C:\LoadTestExecutables\StresStimulus> StresStimulus.Application.EXE /noui C:/LoadTestExecutables/StresStimulus/Configs/SOAPI_NL_LoadTest.ssconfig /report C:/LoadTestExecutables/StresStimulus/Results
Command line throws below errors:
C:\LoadTestExecutables\StresStimulus>
Unhandled Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Fiddler.WinINETConnectoids..ctor(ProxyEndPoint endpoint)
at Fiddler.ProxyServer.SetupUpstreamProxy()
at StresStimulus.Runtime.Test.CreateNew(TestModel model, Boolean isDebug, Dictionary`2 hosts, List`1 changeScheme)
at StresStimulus.Runtime.ConsoleRunner.CreateTest(TestModel model)
at StresStimulus.Runtime.ConsoleRunner.RunTest(String[] args)
at StresStimulus.App.Program.Main()
Could someone please suggest what is going wrong in here.

Abhishek,
Thank you for reporting the exception.The stack trace shows that there is an issue with the upstream proxy. In some network environments running tests through a corporate upstream proxy may require manual configuration http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc49/Upstream+Proxy+Settings
I suggest to run this test in the interactive mode to get the proxy configuration resolve first, and the interactive mode gives more user-friendly diagnostic.
After that, you can run the test it in the batch mode.

We had a glitch in v 4.9 beta that was fixed in v4.9.6655. What version do you use?
Install the latest 4.9 and try again.
Also, /noui flag requires a non-expired activation key.
