Currently there is only option for Find All. Find and Replace option option is missing

I’m assuming you are referring to searching the test case tree feature described here. This feature is designed only to search the recorded content.
If you would like to create a parameter using Find/Replace, use the Find/Replace feature in the parameter section that is described here.
