One button navigation in the new release

New StresStimulus release has the following improvements:
- Provides One Button Navigation for easier load testing - the same button is used to navigate through test configuration and launching the test.
- Response bodies, displayed in Fiddler after test case validation, are preserved.
- In UI and Help Boxes some wording and images are modified for better clarity and consistency.
- Several bugs are fixed.
The new version is installed through auto-update or can be downloaded here.
